By accessing or using QuikPage (“the Service”) at quik-page.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
QuikPage is a website builder that allows users to create and publish one-page websites. The Service includes templates, an editor, publishing tools, custom domain support (for Pro subscribers), and related features.
You must create an account to use QuikPage. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Free plan: Includes one published site on a quik-page.com subdomain. Core editor features included.
Pro plan ($9/month): Includes additional sites, custom domains, advanced features (custom CSS, color themes, email capture, analytics), and removal of QuikPage branding.
We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free plan until payment is resolved.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through QuikPage. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for your published content and ensuring you have the rights to all images, text, and other material you upload.
QuikPage, its templates, editor, and all associated technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
We strive to keep QuikPage available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a Pro subscription.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your sites will be taken offline and your data will be permanently deleted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKPAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting notice on our site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
